Write before the date.
Orders are not open. If the date is soon, write today. We will say if it is already too late.
How much time
We do not publish a count of weeks. When orders are open, a piece already made in the child’s size is packed within 1 to 2 business days of payment. Then it travels inside Canada.
If it is not made in that size, we say so before you pay. We will not guess a delivery we cannot make.
What to send
- The date.
- Height, barefoot.
- Chest, at the fullest part.
- Any layer that will sit under the piece: tights, a thermal shirt, a vest. We do not sell those.
- The occasion: aisle, guest, christening, communion, portrait, or holiday.

What happens next
We answer: whether a piece can be ready, and whether the date is already too late. A letter does not reserve a piece. Payment does, and only once orders are open. Until you pay, nothing is held.
There is no invoice before that, and no call unless you ask for one. After payment, we pack it in Calgary and ship it. Shipping.
What we will not promise
An exchange closes 14 days after delivery. An occasion date does not extend it. Return policy. We do not guess how many centimetres a child will grow.
