Return policy

Exchanged for the day.

Occasion clothes are bought for a date that does not move. The exchange follows that date. Orders are not open yet. This is the policy for the first order.

Exchange, or house credit

If a piece does not fit, we exchange it for another size or another piece, or we issue house credit. We do not refund the purchase to the original payment, except where the piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered.

Send it back unworn, with the tags on, in the house box. Gift wrap and the handwritten note are not returnable.

Until the occasion

If you give us the occasion date on the order, the exchange stays open until that day. If you do not give a date, the exchange closes 14 days after delivery.

The first exchange

We pay the return shipping on the first exchange. A later exchange is at your cost.

What we cannot take back

• A piece that has been worn, washed, altered, or marked.
• A piece without its tags.
• Gift wrap and handwritten notes.

We do not run sales, so there is no final-sale rule yet.

Damaged, or not what you ordered

Write within 2 days of delivery, with a photograph. We replace the piece or refund it. We pay the shipping.

How to start

Email [email protected] with the order number and the size you want instead. We reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

Gifts

If the piece was a gift, the exchange goes to the recipient. We do not tell the sender.
