Shipping policy

From Calgary, with care.

Every order is packed by hand in Calgary: the house box, the tissue, the note, and the seal. Orders are not open yet.

Where we ship

Canada only, when the shop opens. We do not ship to the United States yet.

The rate

The shipping rate is shown before you pay. We do not add a charge after checkout.

We are not publishing a free-shipping threshold. A single piece is $145 to $195 CAD, so a low threshold would make every order “free” without saying what the parcel costs us. The number goes on this page when we have the carrier cost of a packed house box.

There is no express option yet.

The preview checkout uses a sample shipping rate of $18 CAD so a total can be shown. That figure is not the live carrier rate. Shopify will replace it.

When it leaves

Once the shop is open, an in-stock piece is packed within 1 to 2 business days of payment. If a piece needs longer, the product page says so before you buy.

We do not promise an arrival day. You get a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves Calgary.

Before an event

If you are buying for a date, tell us that date. We will say whether it can arrive in time, before you pay.

Tax

Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST, HST, or PST is added at checkout from the delivery address.

If a parcel is late

If it has not arrived by the date on the tracking, write to [email protected]. We trace it with the carrier.
