Terms of service

The terms for this site.

These terms cover nosisandkin.com. They are the house rules. They are not a substitute for advice from a lawyer. Dated 8 October 2026.

Who

nosis&kin, Calgary, Alberta. Questions go to [email protected] or +1 825 747 5771.

Using the site

You may read the site and write to us. You may not misuse it, break into it, or copy the photographs and the mark for your own shop. The portraits on the site are placeholders, not campaigns of this house, except the packaging photographs.

Age

The clothes are for children. The person who uses this site, and who will pay when the shop opens, is an adult, or a minor with an adult’s agreement.

Orders

Orders are not open. Nothing on this site is an offer that you can accept today. When the shop opens, payment is taken by Shopify. A contract is made when we accept the order, not when you click a preview button. We may refuse an order that we cannot fill, or that names a date we cannot meet. We will say so before you pay.

Price and tax

Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST, HST, or the provincial tax is added from the delivery address, as shown at checkout before you pay. A price mistake can be corrected before the order is accepted.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is the shipping policy. Exchanges are the return policy. Those pages are part of these terms. If they conflict with this page on a return or a parcel, those pages win.

Your messages

If you send us words for a card, we write those words and no others. Personal information is the privacy policy.

The house list

The signup is for letters: opening day, new pieces, and sizing. It is not a discount. This page does not keep the address. Your mail app opens a letter to the atelier. Send it, and you are on the list. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Liability

We are responsible for what these terms and the law in Alberta require. We do not take on losses that the law does not require us to take, such as a missed occasion caused by a carrier after the parcel has left Calgary with tracking. Nothing here removes a right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or any other statute that cannot be waived.

Law

Alberta law, and the federal laws of Canada, govern this site. The courts of Alberta hear disputes, except where a statute gives you another forum.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes. An order already accepted keeps the terms shown when you paid.

Letters from the house

Opening day, new pieces, and first word on sizing. A few letters a year.
