What we hold, and what we do not.

What this site collects now

Orders are not open. There is no account, no card form, and no mailing list stored on this site.

If you email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send: your address, your words, and any measurements you include so we can talk about a size.
Cloudflare delivers the site. A visit can produce an IP address, the page requested, and the time, so the site can load and so obvious abuse can be blocked. We do not use that log to build a profile of you.
The line “Make us preferred on Google” loads a script from Google (news.google.com) so the button can open Google’s own step. That is Google’s page after you click. We do not receive a list of who clicked it.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information.
We do not run advertising pixels on this site.
We do not ask you to join a list in exchange for a discount.
We do not ask a child to make an account, or to write to us. The clothes are for children. The person who writes is the adult.

A child’s measurements

If you send a height, a chest, or an age so we can suggest a size, we use it to answer you. We do not publish it. We do not add it to a marketing list. If you ask us to delete that message, we will, unless we still need it for an exchange or a legal duty. There are no orders yet, so that duty does not arise today.

Checkout, when it opens

Payment will be taken by Shopify, not by this page. Shopify will then hold the order: name, address, email, what you bought, and the payment record. Before the first order, this page will name that and link to Shopify’s own privacy notice. Until then, the checkout icon does not take a card.

Where the information goes

Mail you send arrives at [email protected]. The site itself is served through Cloudflare, which can process a request outside Canada. We do not send your letters to anyone else for their own marketing.

How long

We keep a letter for as long as we need it to answer, to handle an exchange once orders exist, or to meet a legal duty. Then we delete it. You can ask sooner.

What you can ask

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent for us to keep using it. Write to the email above. We will answer within 30 days. If we refuse, we will say why.

You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, and to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta. Those offices decide their own process. We do not control them.

If the practice changes, the date at the top changes with it. The old promise is not left up after the practice has moved.
